Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Ahmedabad/Udaipur office for an Architectural Business Developer. The main responsibilities include generating and nurturing business [hot, warm and cold] leads, conducting market research to identify potential opportunities, developing strong client relationships, nurturing old client relationships, Managing social media marketing with team and supporting the team in achieving business growth targets. Additional tasks include analyzing market trends to create strategies and collaborating with the team to bring innovative architectural solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and evaluate business opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in Lead Generation and ability to convert prospects into partnerships
- Proficiency in Market Research to identify and explore new business opportunities
- Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team
- Must have knowledge in the field of at least 3 years
- Understanding of architectural and design industry trends is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field is highly desirable
