Architectural BIM Team Lead
Lead Projects. Lead People. Shape Digital Delivery.
Location: Pune
Experience: 8–12 Years
At Blueprints Design, we are looking for an experienced Architectural BIM Team Lead who can take ownership of project delivery, mentor teams, coordinate with clients and consultants, and ensure successful execution of large-scale BIM projects.

What You'll Be Leading
- Large-scale Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use and Industrial projects
- Architectural BIM delivery from Design Development through Construction Documentation
- Multi-disciplinary coordination with Structural, MEP, Interior and Landscape teams
- Client interactions, technical reviews and project planning
- Team mentoring, quality control and delivery management
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
- 8–12 years of professional BIM experience
- Proven experience leading Architectural Design and BIM teams
- Strong knowledge of BIM workflows and project deliveries
- Good understanding of Revit, Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- Experience in multidisciplinary Design and BIM coordination
- Excellent communication, leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and delivery schedules
Your Responsibilities
- Lead architectural BIM project delivery from project initiation to completion.
- Plan project execution, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
- Review BIM models, drawings, and documentation to maintain high quality standards.
- Conduct technical reviews and mentor Architects, BIM Coordinators, and Modelers.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Interior, Landscape, and external consultants.
- Participate in client meetings, coordination workshops, and design review discussions.
- Implement BIM standards, project workflows, and quality processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and team performance.
