Position - B.Arch BIM Architect
Experience - 5+ Years

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled B.Arch BIM Architect with proven experience delivering Dubai-based projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Autodesk Revit, BIM standards, and architectural documentation, with the ability to develop coordinated, high-quality BIM models throughout various project stages.
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- Minimum 5 years of professional BIM experience
- Demonstrated experience on Dubai architectural projects
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality standards, architectural documentation, and construction practices
- Ability to produce coordinated BIM models, drawings, schedules, and project documentation
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare detailed construction documentation and drawing sets.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure clash-free and accurate project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai project standards, codes, and client requirements.
- Participate in model reviews, quality checks, and project coordination meetings.
- Deliver projects within established timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in multidisciplinary BIM environments.
- Strong understanding of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), LOD standards, and project coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
