Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, India, with some work-from-home flexibility, for an Architectural BIM Modeler. The role involves developing and maintaining Building Information Modeling (BIM) models, collaborating with stakeholders to produce construction drawings, and integrating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) components into design models. The Architectural BIM Modeler will work closely with the architecture and construction teams to ensure project solutions adhere to quality standards and client specifications.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in BIM workflows, tools, and industry best practices
- Proficient in software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and related BIM platforms
- Solid understanding of architectural design, detailing, and construction documentation
- Experience in developing and managing accurate, coordinated BIM models
- Good working knowledge of MEP systems and multidisciplinary coordination
- High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and model consistency
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Self-driven, reliable, and capable of delivering work with minimal supervision
