Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Junior Architect and Architectural Assistant in Mavelikara, Kerala.
They will be responsible for managing projects, creating technical drawings, assisting in architectural designs, and preparing architectural drawings. The role involves collaborating with team members, presenting ideas, and supporting various stages of project development through effective communication and detailed presentations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Drawing and Architectural 3D Drawings
- Good skills in General Architectural Design
- Effective Communication and Presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- A diploma/bachelor's degree in Architecture or civil engineering
- Experience with architectural software and tools is a plus
