Location: Pune
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design – Feasibility, Master Planning, Concept to detailed / GFC drawings
- Proficiency in Integration of multidisciplinary inputs (structural, MEP, BIM) into cohesive design solutions, ensuring coordination and constructability.
- Solid Project Management and Client management skills, including planning, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and timely delivery of design milestones.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup and relevant rendering applications, Revit would be added advantage.
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.
- Experience in Industrial, Healthcare, Data center, or Large commercial projects and knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and sustainability practices.
- Strong design communication skills, including the ability to present concepts, lead client meetings, and mentor junior designers.
