Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect/Landscape Architect based in Chennai. The role involves designing and developing innovative landscape architecture and planning concepts for diverse projects, including residential, commercial, public, and environmental spaces. Responsibilities include creating landscape and planting plans, preparing detailed drawings, conducting site visits, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality designs within project timelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Landscape Design, Landscape Planning, and developing innovative landscaping concepts
- In-depth understanding of Landscape Architecture and its principles
- Experience in creating detailed Planting Plans and selecting appropriate vegetation for specific environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, or similar software
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field
- Interest in sustainability and ecological design principles is highly desirable
- Professional experience in the field of landscape design or architecture is preferred
