Job Description
We are looking for a passionate, creative, and detail-oriented Architect / Interior Designer to join our growing design studio. The ideal candidate should possess strong design skills, technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset to create innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop architectural/interior concepts, working drawings, and presentation materials.
* Collaborate with senior architects, designers, consultants, and clients.
* Coordinate design development with structural, MEP, and site execution teams.
* Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and material specifications.
* Conduct site visits and support project execution at various stages.
* Participate in client meetings, design discussions, and project presentations.
Key Skills
* Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion/Enscape, or similar design software.
* Creative thinking with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Understanding of sustainable and climate-responsive design principles.
* Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design (B.ID.)
* 1–4 years of relevant experience (Freshers with a strong portfolio are also encouraged to apply.)
