Role Description The Architects and Interior Designers role at InnoSpace Design is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru North. The role involves developing architectural concepts and interior design solutions for luxury residential and commercial projects, from initial client brief to final execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating design layouts and 3D visualizations, preparing detailed drawings and specifications, coordinating with project managers, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring that designs are implemented according to quality, budget, and timeline requirements. The role also includes conducting site visits, supervising ongoing work, selecting materials, finishes, and fixtures, and aligning all design elements with client expectations and brand standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to refine design proposals and support end-to-end project delivery is a key part of this position.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in planning, detailing, and visualizing interior and exterior spaces.
- Familiarity with Integration and coordination of architectural and interior design elements with structural, MEP, and on-site construction requirements.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including scheduling, resource coordination, vendor liaison, and on-site supervision.
- Proficiency in relevant design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar), and comfort with basic software-based documentation workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a closely related field.
- Experience in high-end residential or commercial interior projects, with a portfolio showcasing luxury finishes and thoughtful space planning.
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients and project stakeholders, manage feedback, and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to be present on-site as required by project timelines.
