What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end client deployments and solution implementations from design through go-live and support
- Define client-specific architecture for product deployments including CRM, ETL, data lakes, analytics, and engagement platforms
- Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP tailored to client environments and requirements
- Design systems compliant with pharma regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, 21 CFR Part 11) with security by design
- Oversee product configuration, customization, training, and adoption strategies for client success
- Lead ETL pipeline design and implementation for ingesting data from client systems (CRM, ERP, MDM)
- Manage integration with platforms like Veeva, Salesforce Health Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, and/or IQVIA data sources
- Establish CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for efficient client deployments and updates
- Analyze client pain points and requirements to design optimal solution architectures
- Lead bespoke development projects and customizations tailored to specific client needs
- Manage ongoing operations support and enhancements for deployed client solutions
- Translate client business requirements into technical specifications and architecture blueprints
- Work closely with client IT teams, data engineers, and developers to ensure seamless delivery
- Evaluate third-party platforms and tools for client integration based on technical fit and requirements
- Implement role-based access control, audit logging, and encryption strategies per client security policies
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to implementation teams
- Coordinate with operations teams to address client issues and implement improvements
- Monitor adoption and provide ongoing support to ensure client success
What You Bring
- 12+ years in technology architecture and client solution delivery
- 8+ years in data warehouse or data lake projects beyond data consumption
- 8+ years in pharma business consulting with deep commercial operations understanding
- 4+ years in programming, preferably Python or Node.js
- 4+ years working with batch and real-time processing systems
- Strong understanding of big data solutions and analytical techniques
- Hands-on experience with pharma data sources: SHS, LAAD, Plan Trak, IQVIA datasets (APLD, LAAD, MIDAS)
- Proficient in patient-level data analytics with RWD data lakes and claims data (Optum, DRG, IQVIA)
- Deep knowledge of IQVIA/IMS datasets for patient insights, market dynamics, and global benchmarking
- Experience in commercial and marketing analytics: market assessment, forecasting, competitive intelligence, sales analytics
- Expertise in ETL processes, performance optimization, and architectural design patterns
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and client implementation methodologies
- Understanding of architecture frameworks (TOGAF) and design principles
- Experience with integration platforms and API design (REST, GraphQL, event-driven)
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices for client deployments
- Strong cloud platform knowledge with hands-on implementation experience across client environments
- Understanding of data governance, compliance, and pharma-specific analytical needs
- Experience managing client relationships and stakeholder communications
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive successful client implementations
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Excellent communicator who translates technical complexity into business value for clients

- Cloud architecture certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect)
- TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification

Education
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Business, or related field
