Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Functional Consultant / Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Automotive or Manufacturing domain, along with a deep understanding of business processes such as Dealer Management and Order Management.
You will play a critical role in bridging business requirements with Salesforce solutions, ensuring efficient implementation, validation, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Perform fit-gap analysis and propose optimal Salesforce-based solutions
- Prepare detailed functional design documents (FDDs)
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper implementation of solutions
- Validate system functionalities against business requirements
- Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users
- Conduct end-user training sessions and create supporting documentation
- Manage and track requirement changes, ensuring stakeholder alignment
- Perform solution assessment and validation to ensure business needs are met
- Support sales and service process optimization within Salesforce
- Ensure smooth execution of Dealer Management and Order Management workflows
Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce Administration (objects, workflows, validation rules, etc.)
- Experience in Automotive or Manufacturing industry
- Solid understanding of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and Order Management processes
- Proven experience in:
- Requirement gathering & analysis
- Fit-gap analysis
- Functional documentation
- Testing & validation
- Experience in conducting UAT sessions and stakeholder training
- Strong understanding of Sales and Service business processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications- Salesforce certifications (Admin / Business Analyst / Sales Cloud Consultant)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
