Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Architect, based in the Greater Delhi Area with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing architectural projects, creating innovative design solutions, and ensuring impeccable execution that aligns with the company's commitment to excellence. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders, managing project timelines, overseeing integration of design elements, and ensuring adherence to project specifications and sustainability standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in high-end residential projects.
- Proficiency in Project Management, with an ability to handle timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with Software Development and Integration as it pertains to architectural workflows and design tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills with attention to detail and a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
- Proficiency in industry-standard architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a strong advantage.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury residential or infrastructure sector with Builders or so is a plus.
