Hiring: Architect – Real Estate Location: Shaikpet

Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Architect with a strong background in real estate / residential or commercial projects. The candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects to ensure high-quality execution aligned with business goals.
🔹
Key Responsibilities- Develop architectural designs, layouts, and master plans for real estate projects
- Prepare drawings, 3D models, and presentations for approvals and stakeholders
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project teams
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations, zoning laws, and approvals
- Work closely with project execution teams for site implementation
- Optimize designs for cost, functionality, and aesthetics
- Handle client requirements and incorporate feedback into designs

Required Experience- 3–10 years of experience in real estate companies / developers (MANDATORY)
- Hands-on experience in residential apartments, villas, or commercial buildings
- Experience in handling projects end-to-end is preferred
🔹
Skills Required- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools
- Good understanding of construction processes and materials
- Knowledge of Hyderabad development norms (GHMC/HMDA approvals)
- Strong coordination and communication skills

Qualification- Bachelor’s / Master’s in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)
- Registered with Council of Architecture (COA) preferred

Nice to Have- Experience working with reputed builders/developers
- Exposure to high-rise projects or gated communities
🔹
