Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Architect with strong expertise in architectural planning, design development, construction drawings, stakeholder coordination, and real estate project execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed construction drawings
• Prepare and review design documentation, plans, and specifications
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and project teams
• Ensure compliance with building codes, statutory regulations, and industry standards
• Provide design support throughout project execution
• Optimize space planning, functionality, and aesthetics
• Assist with design approvals and project documentation
REQUIREMENTS
• B.Arch degree mandatory
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Real Estate industry
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction methodologies
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or relevant design software
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
