Job Summary
We are looking for a talented
Architect with experience in the
Real Estate / Builder / Developer industry to manage the planning, design, and coordination of residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in high-rise developments, ensuring designs comply with regulatory requirements while meeting quality, functionality, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts for highly luxury residential and commercial projects.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and review working drawings, GFC drawings, and construction details.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations, DCPR, fire norms, and statutory approvals.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure execution as per approved drawings.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, sales, and marketing teams during project planning and launch stages.
- Review material specifications, finishes, and design changes during project execution.
- Support design optimization, value engineering, and timely project delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
- 4–8 years of experience in the Real Estate / Builder / Developer industry.
- Experience in high rise residential, commercial, redevelopment, or township projects is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, construction methodologies, and statutory regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office, and other architectural design software.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience working on premium, luxury, or ultra-luxury residential projects.
- Familiarity with project approvals and liaison with consultants.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
Working Days & Timings
Monday to Saturday
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
