Job Title: Senior ReactJS Developer / Architect

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior ReactJS Developer / Architect to design, develop, and lead the delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React and modern front-end technologies, along with strong architectural capabilities and proven experience leading engineering teams. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, technical mentorship, and ownership of end-to-end front-end solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performing web applications using React.
- Define and drive front-end architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices across projects.
- Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance for enterprise-scale applications.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI teams, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver quality solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high code quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers on technical and functional challenges.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
Mandatory Skills
- 12–16 years of overall software development experience with strong focus on front-end technologies.
- Strong hands-on expertise in React and its core principles (Hooks, Components, Lifecycle, Virtual DOM).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Hands-on experience with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn.
- Strong experience with version control systems, especially Git.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript.
- Experience with server-side rendering and frameworks like Next.js.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.
- Exposure to cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Good understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design standards.

Qualifications
