Role Description
This is a remote, contract role for an Architect specializing in multifamily projects. The individual in this position will be responsible for developing permit and CD sets, managing multifamily projects, and ensuring seamless project integration. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed drawings and adhering to project timelines and client standards. The role requires effective communication with team members and clients to achieve project goals and deliverables efficiently.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Multifamily Architecture and documentation in the Multifamily niche
- Experience in Project Management and the ability to manage multifamily residential projects efficiently
- Knowledge of Revit and BIM360
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills with a focus on details
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
