Job Description – Architect / Interior Designer
Position: Architect / Interior Designer
Location: Bhiwandi ,Thane (Mumbai)
Experience: 3 to 7 Years
Industry: Interior Design / Furniture / Retail Fit-Out
Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect / Interior Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing interior and architectural design projects while coordinating with clients, vendors, and execution teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop innovative interior and architectural design concepts.
Prepare 2D drawings, layouts, and detailed working drawings.
Create 3D designs, renders, and presentation visuals.
Conduct site visits and measurements.
Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements.
Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
Coordinate with production, vendors, and site execution teams.
Ensure projects are completed within timelines and quality standards.
Prepare BOQ, material specifications, and estimation details.
Maintain project documentation and design records.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of space planning and interior detailing.
Strong creativity and visualization skills.
Good communication and client-handling abilities.
Understanding of materials, furniture, and execution processes.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Software Knowledge:
AutoCAD
SketchUp
3ds Max / V-Ray
Lumion
Photoshop
MS Office
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design.
Preferred Candidate:
Passionate about design and innovation.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Experience in residential, commercial, retail, or furniture projects preferred.
Salary: 35K-60K (Based on experience & Interview )
