Role Description The Architect / Interior Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing detailed architectural and interior layouts, and creating 2D/3D drawings and visualizations for residential and commercial projects. Daily tasks include coordinating with project managers, engineers, and vendors, selecting materials and finishes, and ensuring designs align with client requirements, budget, and regulatory standards. The role involves conducting site visits, supervising design implementation, and resolving on-site design issues to maintain quality and timelines. The professional will also participate in client meetings, presentations, and design revisions throughout the project lifecycle. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City.
Qualifications
- Strong architectural and interior design skills, including space planning, concept development, and detailed drawings.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar tools).
- Knowledge of building materials, finishes, construction methods, and site coordination practices.
- Understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent visual communication, presentation, and client interaction skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
- Relevant experience in residential and commercial projects; experience in RCC and infrastructure work is a plus.
