Company Description Ryanteriors – Architecture | Interiors | Construction specializes in end-to-end architectural and interior design solutions, from concept through execution. The team prepares detailed construction plans supported by comprehensive design statement documents covering site analysis, development strategies, layouts, visual impact analysis, and 3D elevations. Ryanteriors also prepares precise BOQs and forecasts upcoming activities to ensure transparency and effective project planning. Projects are executed according to plan, with a strong focus on timely delivery and uncompromised quality, providing clients with reliable and well-coordinated design and construction services.
Role Description The Architect | Interior Designer will be responsible for developing architectural and interior design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating design documentation for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, material and finishes selection, creating 2D/3D design presentations, and collaborating with project teams to ensure design intent is maintained through construction. The role involves supporting project management activities such as tracking design changes, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and contributing to BOQs and project schedules. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Coimbatore, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility to manage design, documentation, and coordination tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, Interior designing including concept development, space planning, and detailed drawings.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including coordination of timelines, resources, and stakeholders across multiple projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization software) and MS Office for documentation and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Strong visual and spatial design sense, attention to detail, and ability to translate client requirements into practical design solutions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and interact with clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Prior experience in residential and/or commercial projects in India is preferred; familiarity with local building codes and standards is an advantage.
