Job Summary
Seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect/Interior Designer to handle end-to-end interior and architectural projects. The role involves translating client requirements into functional and aesthetically refined spaces, ensuring smooth execution from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute interior projects end-to-end, including space planning, design development, and execution
- Prepare architectural and construction drawings with precision
- Oversee site execution and ensure timely project completion
- Collaborate closely with clients, project teams, and vendors
- Ensure design quality, functionality, and adherence to project timelines
- Translate client requirements into innovative and practical design solutions
Requirements & Skills
- Proficiency in space planning and interior design principles
- Strong ability to create detailed construction drawings
- Hands-on experience with design tools like AutoCAD and SketchUp (Revit/Enscape is a plus)
- Experience in high-end residential or commercial projects is preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Creative thinking with a client-focused approach
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Interior Design
