Grey Ink Studio is looking for a design obsessed professional with 3–5 years of experience and proven excellence in design thinking, detailing, and execution.
We are not looking for someone who just drafts.
We are looking for someone who thinks, questions, resolves, and elevates spaces.
Software Proficiency:• AutoCAD – Advanced working drawing expertise (must have)
• SketchUp – Strong 3D modeling skills
• V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion – Rendering proficiency
• Adobe Photoshop / InDesign – Presentation + mood boards (must have)
• MS Excel – BOQs & project tracking
Role & Responsibilities:• Lead projects from concept to completion
• Develop strong design concepts with material clarity
• Prepare detailed GFC & execution drawings
• Coordinate with structural, MEP & site teams
• Conduct site visits and resolve on-site challenges related to design
• Oversee BOQs, vendor coordination & timelines
• Present designs confidently to clients
• Maintain design integrity through execution
