DesignICON Architects is a Gurugram-based practice with over 20 years of experience across architecture and interior design. Our work spans residences, commercial spaces, hospitality, and institutions — always led by creative rigour and an eye for detail. We're growing our design team and looking for someone who's ready to own their work, not just assist with it.
What you'll do
- Lead design development across residential and commercial projects — from concept to execution
- Produce detailed drawings, design documentation, and presentation material independently
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants through project lifecycle
- Attend client meetings, contribute to briefs, and manage project timelines
- Collaborate closely with senior architects and the principal on creative direction
- Mentor junior team members and interns where needed
What we're looking for
- Degree in Architecture or Interior Design (B.Arch / BID or equivalent)
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a design or architecture practice
- Strong command of AutoCAD; proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools
- An eye for materials, finishes, and spatial quality — not just technical output
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Clear communication skills and comfort in client-facing settings
- A portfolio that shows range, initiative, and a point of view
