Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect/Interior Designer role based in Bhopal. The role involves developing architectural and interior design concepts, preparing detailed drawings and 3D visualizations, and selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings aligned with project requirements. The Architect/Interior Designer collaborates with project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure accurate execution on-site and adherence to timelines and budgets. Day-to-day responsibilities include client meetings, design presentations, coordination of construction and interior execution, and regular site visits to monitor quality and progress. The role also requires maintaining project documentation and integrating feedback to refine designs.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and technical detailing.
- Candidates should possess relevant Project Management skills for coordinating timelines, resources, and stakeholders across multiple projects.
- Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Integration between architecture, interiors, and construction processes to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop) and be comfortable with basic Software Development or customization of design tools where relevant.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, along with a portfolio showcasing built or conceptual work.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and clients.
- Attention to detail, creativity, problem-solving ability, and readiness to work in a fast-paced, design-focused environment.
