Role Description
This full-time, on-site role of Architect/Interior Designer is based in our Kochi office. The role involves creating and overseeing architectural and interior design projects, ensuring they align with client vision and project specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing and developing designs, collaborating with project teams, managing timelines, ensuring technical feasibility and quality, and integrating innovative, functional solutions into spaces while maintaining focus on aesthetic and practical objectives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, including the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions.
- Proficiency in Software Development and Integration tasks related to design tools and technologies.
- Strong Project Management skills to oversee timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
- Attention to detail, creative problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of sustainable and human-centered design principles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or similar field.
- Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or luxury residence design is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
