Job Summary:Arch Point Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect / Interior Designer with 3–8 years of experience to design functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing architectural and interior design projects while coordinating with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts.
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and preferences.
- Conduct site visits and ensure design execution aligns with plans.
- Work closely with project managers, vendors, and contractors.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with design standards, safety regulations, and timelines.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design.
- Strong proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp / 3ds Max
- V-Ray / Lumion
- Adobe Photoshop (preferred)
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, and construction processes.
- Excellent design sense and space planning skills.
- Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:- Experience in residential, commercial, and projects.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
- Ability to manage timelines and budgets effectively.
