Key Responsibilities

• Working on planning, working drawings, and detailing
• Using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and MS Office
• Working on site coordination and client meetings
• Understanding building bye-laws and local regulations
• Handling projects independently and meeting deadlines
• Understanding project management to assist with timelines, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
