Role Description
Job Title: SAP Finance Architect (S/4HANA)
- Experience: 8–10 Years
- Locatiion - Mumbai/Bangalore
Must-Have Skills
- 8–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO architecture and configuration, with direct experience in S/4HANA migrations or implementations
- Strong knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting in S/4HANA
- Experience collaborating with global and regional business leads to capture business, statutory, and tax requirements
- Ability to design and document L3/L4 process flows, functional specifications, and Key Design Decisions (KDDs)
- Knowledge of target state SAP Finance architecture design and standardization, eliminating legacy technical debt ("Clean Core")
- Understanding of integration design between core Finance, localized E-invoicing portals, banking interfaces, and HR/Payroll systems
- Experience supporting data migration strategies and testing scenarios for Finance
Good-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to SAP Treasury, SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC), E-invoicing/Statutory compliance tools (e.g., SAP DRC), and modern Collection Management platforms
- Understanding of integration points with upstream/downstream modules like Procurement (MM/Ariba) and HR/Payroll
- Agile mindset, fast learner, and flexible to adapt to emerging cloud and integration technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to synthesize complex requirements from diverse regional stakeholders
