Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect Detail Design role based in Chennai. The Architect will develop detailed design drawings and documentation for architectural projects, ensuring accuracy, buildability, and alignment with overall design intent. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with senior architects and consultants, refining spatial layouts, preparing construction details, and integrating structural, MEP, and interior elements into cohesive design packages. The role involves reviewing design standards, checking compliance with local regulations and codes, and supporting project teams during tender, coordination, and construction phases. The Architect will participate in design reviews, contribute to sustainable and culturally responsive solutions, and maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, detailed design, and documentation
- Solid understanding of building codes, local regulations, construction materials, and detailing practices, preferably with experience in sustainable and context-sensitive design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
