Role Description The Architect/Designer – Healthcare role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The individual in this role will design and develop healthcare facilities and related spaces, ensuring functional, safe, and patient-centric environments that align with regulatory standards and client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating architectural concepts and detailed drawings, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and integrating healthcare workflows into design solutions. The role involves managing design documentation, collaborating closely with stakeholders, and overseeing design integration with engineering and technology systems. The Architect/Designer will also support project planning, attend site meetings, and contribute to design reviews to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a focus on healthcare facilities and clinical environments.
- Experience with Software Development and Integration related to healthcare infrastructure, building systems, or design tools.
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, timeline management, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including medical professionals, engineers, and consultants.
- Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools) and knowledge of healthcare design regulations and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present design concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
