Company Description
We are looking for a skilled Architect-cum-Draftsman with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for both design and drafting work for residential construction projects, ensuring smooth coordination from planning to execution.
Role Description
- Work on both architectural design and drafting for residential projects
- Prepare accurate 2D drawings, layouts, and working plans
- Develop basic 3D views and design concepts
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and preferences
- Collaborate with site engineers for smooth project execution
- Update and revise drawings based on site conditions
- Ensure all drawings meet quality standards and timelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Architecture/Drafting field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) and SketchUp or similar tools
- Basic knowledge of residential construction and site execution
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture / Civil / Drafting
