We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect with 7–10 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architectural design and planning, with hands-on experience in retail and or commercial projects.
This role demands creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to translate vision into functional, aesthetically appealing spaces.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead and manage architectural design and development for large-scale projects
🔹 Collaborate with project, leasing, and design teams for concept and execution alignment
🔹 Prepare design presentations and technical documentation
🔹 Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and quality benchmarks
🔹 Coordinate with consultants, clients and external partners throughout project lifecycle
What We’re Looking For
✅B.Arch with 7–10 years of experience in architectural projects (not interiors)
✅ Experience in retail, commercial, or mall developments is highly preferred
✅ Strong understanding of design principles, planning, and construction detailing
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools
✅ Understanding of BIM
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
