We are seeking a visionary Architect Co-founder with good leadership, good decision-making skills, who are eager to be innovative in this field and also bold and confident about taking decisions in harsh situations to join our passionate team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company. As an Architect Co-founder, you will collaborate closely with our founding team to architect and design the core infrastructure and systems that will underpin our revolutionary platform.
We are looking for an Architect Co founder with hands-on knowledge of building permits and approvals in Tamil Nadu and is equally comfortable with design and planning,good leadership, good decision-making skills, who are eager to be innovative in this field and also bold and confident about taking decisions in harsh situations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review residential architectural designs, layouts, and drawings
- Work on planning drawings required for local authority approvals
- Assist with building permit and approval processes in Tamil Nadu
- Collaborate with the founding team on improving design workflows
- Contribute design inputs to an AI-driven architecture platform
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and builders when required
- Lead the architectural design team.
- Define and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and guidelines.
- Conduct technical feasibility assessments and provide recommendations for technology stack and frameworks.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their potential impact on our platform.
- Drive innovation by exploring new approaches, tools, and techniques to enhance our platform's capabilities.
Background"
- Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent)
- Strong experience in residential design and planning
- Solid understanding of building permits, approvals, and regulations (Tamil Nadu)
- Ability to think beyond drawings and into systems, workflows, and scalability
- Leadership mindset with strong decision-making skills
- Interest in technology, AI, and product-driven architecture
