As a Lead BA, you will spearhead the digital transformation of a Client Application. You will
leverage existing core APIs (Identity, Holdings, and Custodian feeds) to build a unified, multi-
tenant platform, respecting local legal nuances.
Key Responsibilities
- API Orchestration: Map existing APIs to the new UI. Identify where new "Middleware"
APIs are needed to aggregate data from different regional registries.
- Custodian & Intermediary Integration: Work with ISO 20022 messaging standards to
ensure voting instructions from global custodians (e.g., State Street, JP Morgan) flow
seamlessly into the registrar's "Golden Record."
- Scalability Planning: Plan for "Seasonality Peaks"—ensuring the app can handle the
"Proxy Season" (April–June) when thousands of global companies hold meetings
simultaneously.
- Requirement Engineering: Elicit, analyze, and document requirements for the AGM
application, focusing on e-voting logic, attendee authentication, and live-stream
integration.
- API Integration Analysis: Work with existing RESTful APIs to identify data gaps. You will
map existing API endpoints to new front-end requirements.

- UAT & Quality Assurance: Define acceptance criteria and lead User Acceptance Testing
(UAT). You must ensure that the transition from the legacy system to the new app is
seamless for millions of shareholders.
Required Skills
- Domain Expertise: Familiarity with HIN/SRN (Australia), CUSIP/ISIN (Global), and
Crest/Euroclear (Europe) settlement environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, and Swagger.
Ability to perform "Gap Analysis" on legacy APIs versus modern UX requirements.
- Global Stakeholder Management: Experience working with "Product Owners" and
"Engineering Teams".
- Documentation: Proficiency in creating BRDs, FSDs, and User Stories in
JIRA/Confluence.
- Experience in working with Data Latency and Concurrency
