Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Bengaluru. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, creating detailed designs and drawings, and coordinating design development from early sketches through construction documentation. Day-to-day work includes collaborating with internal design teams and external consultants, ensuring integration of structural, services, and other systems into cohesive architectural solutions. The role involves preparing presentations, participating in client meetings, responding to feedback, and translating project requirements into innovative and buildable designs. The Architect will support project management activities such as tracking design milestones, coordinating with contractors, and helping ensure quality, budget, and timelines are maintained.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience taking projects from concept to detailed design.
- Ability to collaborate on Integration of structural, services, and other technical systems into holistic architectural solutions.
- Familiarity with Software Development or digital tools that support parametric design, visualization, or workflow automation is an advantage.
- Experience or aptitude in Project Management, including coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, with relevant professional experience in design firms.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar), and strong visual presentation skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented work style.
- Interest in experimental, boundary-pushing design and the ability to balance creativity with practical buildability and compliance.
