Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the construction of various projects, ensuring they align with client aspirations and organizational standards. Tasks will include creating architectural designs, integrating innovative solutions, managing projects to ensure timely and on-budget execution, and collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding spaces that meet both aesthetic and functional needs.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong ability to conceptualize and create innovative designs.
- Proficiency in Auto Cad , Sketchup + Enscape / D5
- Experience in Project Management, including the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage timelines, and oversee project budgets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and team collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is required; a Master's degree or equivalent certifications is a plus.
- Experience in designing both residential and commercial projects preferred.
- A passion for innovative design and creating meaningful spaces.
