🔍 About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with proven experience in handling large-scale projects such as commercial complexes, industrial developments, residential townships, or infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for design development, coordination, and execution support across all project phases.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings for large-scale projects
- Prepare master plans, layouts, and 3D visualizations
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and project teams for seamless execution
- Review and interpret project requirements, specifications, and site conditions
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design discussions
- Monitor project progress and provide design support during construction stages
- Handle approvals, documentation, and coordination with authorities (as required)
- Maintain quality, timelines, and design standards across projects
💡 Key Skills Required
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion or similar design tools
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, working drawings, and BOQs
- Understanding of building codes, bylaws, and approval processes
- Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and site execution
- Experience in large-scale master planning and space planning
Professional Skills:
- Strong design thinking and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Project coordination and stakeholder management
- Time management and ability to handle multiple projects
- Attention to detail and quality-focused approach
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with sustainable design / green building concepts
- Knowledge of BIM workflows
- Exposure to industrial or township projects
👤 Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of experience in large-scale architectural projects
- Experience in commercial, industrial, or township developments is highly preferred
- Knowledge of local authority approvals and regulations is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Design validation and coordination with project consultant
- Ready for extensive travelling
