Role Description
We are looking for an execution-focused Architect with strong design and technical skills to handle co-living and hospitality projects. The role involves design development, 3D visualization, and on-site coordination, along with using AI-based tools for efficient design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural layouts, space planning, and design concepts
- Develop working drawings, GFCs, and BOQs
- Create 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs for visualization
- Use AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.) for concept development
- Coordinate with MEP consultants, vendors, and site teams
- Conduct site visits and ensure execution as per design
- Review materials, finishes, and vendor quotations
- Resolve on-site issues and support project execution
- Ensure projects meet timelines, quality, and budget requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- 2–5 years of relevant experience (interior / hospitality preferred)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, and rendering tools (Lumion/Enscape)
- Familiarity with AI-based design tools
- Good understanding of interior fit-outs and civil execution
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred
- Experience in co-living / hospitality projects
- Knowledge of modular furniture and space optimization
- Ability to handle fast-track, multi-project environments
