Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and technically strong
Architect to join the design and development team. The role will involve working across the complete architectural lifecycle—from concept development and design documentation to consultant coordination, approvals, and on-site execution.
Responsibilities
- Handle architectural design, drawings, and project planning.
- Work on bioclimatic and sustainable architecture projects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and the internal team.
- Visit and coordinate at project sites as required.
- Prepare design presentations and working drawings.
- Ensure projects are completed as per requirements and timelines.
Requirements
- Should have B.Arch degree qualification.
- 3–4 years of experience in architecture.
- Experience in bioclimatic architecture is preferred.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and other design software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to relocate to project locations as per project requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
