Role Description The Architect role at Tejomaya Designs is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. In this role, the Architect will conceptualize and develop architectural designs, translate client requirements into detailed drawings, and collaborate with interior designers and other project stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing plans and 3D models, coordinating with consultants, ensuring design compliance with regulations, and supporting project execution from concept to completion. The Architect will also participate in client meetings, manage timelines and deliverables, and contribute to maintaining the firm’s standards of luxury and contemporary design.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
- Candidates should possess project coordination and Project Management skills to oversee timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Candidates should possess basic understanding of Software Development and Integration in the context of design tools and workflows (e.g., BIM, CAD, or design software interoperability).
- Relevant qualifications such as a professional degree in Architecture and registration or eligibility for registration with appropriate architectural bodies.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and strong visualization and presentation skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, collaborate effectively with diverse teams, and communicate clearly with clients and consultants.
- Experience in luxury or high-end residential and commercial projects is an advantage.
