Technicaliya Consultants Private Limited, Chennai -28, is hiring Architects with 1 to 4 years of experience to handle Architecture related work from concept to implementation. Candidate should be hardworking, possess problem solving skills and should be willing to put in extra hours when required. Should be willing to make site visits to check on project status and report on project.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of conceptual and working drawings
- Coordination with structural and MEP consultants
- Site visits and site coordination
- Preparation of presentation drawings and reports
- Handling approval drawings
- Client coordination
- Knowledge of building bye-laws and NBC
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture
- 1 to 4 years of experience in architecture design
- Experience in healthcare projects is an added advantage
- Registration with Council of Architecture preferred/required
- Proficient in AutoCAD and related rendering and presentation software is a must for the job
- Should also have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
