Role Description The Architect at TATVA4HR is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role is responsible for designing and overseeing architectural solutions that support HR platforms, tools, and related systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and integration with existing client environments. Day-to-day tasks include creating high-level and detailed architectural designs, collaborating with software development teams, guiding integration efforts with third-party applications, and ensuring alignment with business and compliance requirements. The Architect will work closely with project managers, HR subject matter experts, and technical stakeholders to translate functional needs into robust technical architectures, review implementation plans, and support the delivery of secure, maintainable solutions. The role also involves continuous improvement of standards, documentation, and best practices across projects.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience creating scalable and secure system architectures.
- Hands-on experience in Software Development, including collaboration with development teams to implement designed solutions.
- Proficiency in Integration, with ability to design and manage interfaces between multiple platforms, services, and third-party tools.
- Demonstrated capability in Project Management, including planning, prioritization, stakeholder communication, and delivery oversight.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, cloud certifications) are an advantage.
- Experience architecting solutions in HR, payroll, or enterprise applications is preferred.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, security best practices, and performance optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with ability to communicate complex concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area.
