Job title: Junior Architect
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 2-5 Years
Budget: 4-7 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of architectural designs and plans for buildings and structures
- Work with project teams to create and develop design concepts
- Use software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to create 3D models and renderings
- Conduct site visits to collect data, measurements, and photographs
- Assist with the preparation of construction documents, including drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications are met
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on design issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in architecture and design
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
