Company Description We are a multidisciplinary consultancy firm specializing in architecture, interior design, urban planning, and construction supervision. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Pandhurna. The Architect will develop design concepts, prepare drawings, and produce detailed architectural plans for projects of varying scales. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and internal teams, ensuring compliance with zoning, building codes, and sustainability guidelines, and participating in site visits and construction supervision. The role involves collaborating with consultants and contractors, resolving design and technical issues, and supporting project documentation from initial design through completion. The Architect will contribute to design reviews, maintain project timelines, and help ensure high-quality project delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate client needs into functional, aesthetic solutions.
- Experience in Project Management, including coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and overseeing design and execution phases.
- Familiarity with Integration between architectural design and related disciplines (structural, MEP, interiors), ensuring cohesive project outcomes.
- Comfort using relevant Software Development and integration concepts in design workflows (e.g., coordinating digital tools, data exchange between design platforms), where applicable.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar) and basic knowledge of building information modeling (BIM).
- Understanding of local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable design principles.
- Strong analytical, visualization, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in drawings and documentation.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and engage with clients and site personnel.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration or progress toward licensure is an advantage.
- Prior experience in architectural practice, especially in residential, commercial, or institutional projects, is preferred.
