Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Architect role based in Pandhurna. The Architect will be responsible for designing and executing architectural projects from concept to completion. Daily tasks include creating designs, developing plans, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with zoning and regulatory requirements, and supervising execution to meet project deadlines. The Architect will also collaborate with clients to align their vision with innovative design solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficient in architectural design and building architecture, with a strong understanding of space optimization and creative solutions.
- Familiarity with software development tools and their integration into architectural workflows.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to oversee timelines, budgets, and team collaboration effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a thorough approach to quality checks and regulatory compliance in architectural projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software or other architectural design tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles is an advantage.
- 2+ years of experience in architectural design and project execution preferred.
