Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Jaipur. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing architectural designs, preparing drawings and 3D models, and refining design solutions in collaboration with the principal architects and project teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating client requirements into functional and aesthetically coherent spaces, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and supporting site evaluations and inspections. The role involves preparing presentations and documentation for client reviews, ensuring compliance with building codes and local regulations, and contributing to design research and material selection. The Architect will also assist in planning project timelines, tracking design progress, and supporting smooth project execution from concept to completion.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into detailed drawings and models.
- Experience in Project Management, including coordination with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Proficiency in architecture and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools); basic understanding of Software Development or scripting for design workflows is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Strong visual, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to present design ideas clearly to stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively in a studio environment, and openness to feedback and iterative design.
- Experience with building regulations in India.
