Company Description ISA (STUDIO ISA) is an Architecture, Design, Engineering, and Development consulting firm based in the NCR region of Delhi, located in Noida, Sector 132. The firm is recognized for intensively detailed and thoughtful architecture that aims to soothe, calm, and inspire users. Role Description The Architect will work full time on-site in Delhi, India, contributing to the design and development of architectural projects from concept through execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing design concepts, drawings, and 3D visualizations; coordinating with engineering and design teams; and developing detailed plans and construction documents. The role involves participating in client meetings, understanding project requirements, and translating them into functional and aesthetically coherent designs. The Architect will support project management activities such as timelines, deliverables, and coordination with consultants and contractors to ensure design intent and quality standards are met. The position also includes research on materials, building technologies, and relevant codes to inform sustainable and context-sensitive solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop concept designs and detailed drawings.
- Experience with Integration and coordination across disciplines (architecture, engineering, and related consultants).
- Project Management skills, including organizing workflows, tracking milestones, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in architectural software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar) and presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution; COA registration or eligibility is an advantage.
- Ability to interpret local building bylaws, codes, and regulations relevant to projects in India.
- Strong design communication skills, including visual storytelling, clear documentation, and professional written and verbal communication.
- Collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn within a studio environment focused on contemporary, context-sensitive Indian architecture.
