Role Description The Architect will work full time on-site in Panchkula, contributing to architectural and interior projects from early concept through execution. Daily responsibilities include developing design concepts, producing detailed drawings and 3D models, coordinating with consultants and vendors, and preparing presentations and documentation. The role involves site visits, measurements, and supervision support to ensure design intent is maintained during construction. The Architect will collaborate closely with the design team, manage project timelines and deliverables, and participate in client meetings to refine requirements and present solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear plans and drawings.
- Experience with Software Development and Integration related to design tools or workflows, such as integrating BIM or CAD platforms.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and monitoring progress across multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Knowledge of building codes, materials, construction processes, and sustainable design practices.
- Strong visual, technical, and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and collaborators.
- Ability to work on-site in Panchkula, collaborate within a team, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment.
