Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in Gurugram. The Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design projects, developing innovative concepts, and delivering functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. Responsibilities include project planning, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, integrating technical systems, and ensuring the highest quality standards throughout the architectural process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong grasp of contemporary design principles and sustainability practices
- Experience in Project Management, including the ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and cross-disciplinary collaboration
- Skills in Software Development and Integration to utilize cutting-edge tools effectively in design projects
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for coordination with clients and multidisciplinary teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools is advantageous
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and energy-efficient technologies is a plus
