Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Architect role located in Delhi, India. The Architect will be responsible for designing and managing diverse architectural projects, focusing primarily on banquet halls and wedding venues. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing architectural designs, developing detailed architectural plans, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and supervising project implementation to ensure quality and adherence to specifications. Additional responsibilities include integrating innovative solutions, ensuring project timelines, and maintaining design excellence.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to oversee projects from concept to completion
- Experience with Software Development and Integration tools related to architecture and design
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and creative thinking
- Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with clients and cross-functional teams
- Degree in Architecture or a related field
- Previous experience in designing event spaces or hospitality venues is an advantage
